Were just like that...we in VCM concentrate on getting members into VCM who suit VCM. Unlike other clans we wont stand by to watch members go inactive or use them for their +1 member count or just for their "skill" in game. Everyone wants to feel like they belong and we want you to belong with us or another clan, we will be fully honest.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE ALLOWED IN VCM?
13 is the minimum age we believe everyone should be treated equally so we will make exceptions if a young person wants to join and shows the maturity and responsibility he or she will need as a full member of VCM.

I LIKE TAT NEW GAME, I WANNA START A NEW TEEM 4 VCM HOW DO I DOIT?
Because VCM is so different to other clans we only let current members start up a team because they have the experience in VCM and know what are values and goals are. If you are a VCM member and you would like to start up a team in a game VCM dont play then you can request to start up a team here.

OTHER CLANS AND GUILDS HAVE THEIR OWN AWESUM CODE OF CONDUCT THING, WHY DONT YOU N00BS HAVE 1?
We don't need one, our code of conduct is our forums. There you can see what we agree or don't agree with. Whats acceptable behavior and what isn't. Posts that get deleted can be seen by multiple moderators so it is very hard for someone to be ignored if they use the forum. Its the best code of ethics we can ever dream of.

If we detect this attitude from you then thats your first problem, captains and other high ranks work to get that title and keep working once they are there. It is a very responsible job to be a captain with VCM. The hardest workers in this team are the leaders so if you work for it you will get promoted so you'll be happy as a casual member if your life is very busy at the moment.

If a VCM member has behaved inappropriately and broken one of our rules then we need proof of it such as screen shots or chat logs depending on the situation. Once you have that you need to send it to that members division captain by either private message or email you can find each divisions contact details here

Ok if thats true then you need to send the proof to the next highest rank after the captain which in this example it would be a Staff member which is the highest rank in VCM. To contact multiple admins for a fair result multiple admins will discuss it amongst all of the VCM council members, if the captain did break VCM rules and deserves to be punished we will replace him or her as soon as possible.

HOW CAN I RECRUIT NEW MEMBERS INTO VCM?
Any VCM member, full member or just on trial can suggest for someone to come to www.clan-vcm.com follow the instructions and register to join VCM. VCM members are not allowed to post on any outside forums in other communities. Only members who can are members of the VCM Recruitment Crew are allowed too because they know how to attract new members with the right attitude and they document which forums VCM post recruitment posts on. This is an effective way to document our recruitment posts so we don't annoy other communities for spamming recruitment posts over and over again.

YO IM ON TRIAL WITH VCM WHEN DO I GET TO SCRIM?
VCM trial members do not get to scrim unless full members cant. VCM is about dedication, hard work, vigilance and maturity having members on trial try to scrim is too much of a headache. It isnt a skill factor its because the members on trial usually have to show certain attributes to show that they are mature and will follow directions in a scrim. By the time they have shown that we would have promoted them to a full member and they get a choice to play in scrims if they want too.

WHAT IS THIS "SHEEP" THING YOO CALL PEOPLE? I NEVER NEW THEY COOLD USE COMPUTER.
"Sheep" is what we call the kind of people that wont think for themselves, they are only followers and they wont risk taking responsibility themselves. VCM will not be their mum or dad and teach them how to look after themselves, we will treat members as a teammate and a friend, not a child.

No that results in a straightkick from Trial or a major warning as a member, you can scrim with VCM, if you choose to slut for another clan then your just going against VCM's goals and values towards being a team.

Quiet n3|2d we play the game for fun and to help the casual gamers you call n00bs, if it wasn't for n00bs then where would you be? you would still be sucking on your mums tit because you would of had no "noobs" to practice on.

WHOA YOU GUYS ARE CRAZY, WHY ARE YOU SO ORGANIZED?
In our past we have found if we are going to be casual and mainly concentrate on having fun then we need to be organized so we can maximize our play time without going out of game to organize things. Our structure with ranks is very important to us because we want members to be rewarded once they do good. We have multiple members with experience in different professions in VCM and our Founder is a Community Worker and a Therapist and we feel it is very important to help the games community in this generation.
