CONTACT
A member must stay in contact with their division leader, we need to be able to keep in contact and easily be able to talk to members when we need too for special events.

For this you can use any of the methods below..

FORUMS PRIVATE MESSAGE
This is a lot like email but can only be used on these forums so a forum member cannot send a private message to someone who isn't signed up, to use this just click on a members name which then takes you to their info which is where you can send them a message.

MSN
a very popular chat program to keep contacts and share files, VCM meeting's are held on MSN, members who wish to participate in the team meeting/s need MSN.
-If going to a VCM meeting then please make it easy for other members to identify you in MSN by changing to your VCM user name.

VENTRILO www.ventrilo.com
We use Ventrilo for communication when playing together, it is advised to get this so it is easy to talk with each other.
Our Ventrillo channel is on the fatmangaming.org channel the ip is 118.127.0.80 and the port is 3810
-All VCM members please use your VCM username when in teamspeak (dont need to use [VCM] tag)

STEAM COMMUNITY GROUPS
Every member in a VCM Division which uses steam must provide us with their steam username when they first sign up so that they can be included to the divisions steam community group. Steam is a great program which lets users load games, see when their contacts are online, what game they are playing on and the server they are in. Steam is great when looking for a member to play with!

IN-GAME METHODS
Each game has a communication method suited for clans/guilds/teams Steam games have the Steam Community Group functions so every Steam Community Group has its own page which members must use. MMORPG's main in game methods are actually in the game such as rosters, ranks, chat and banks these divisions need to use those methods in game to organize themselves, all division members still need to use the VCM community forums casually.
