VCM's trainings arent always the same. Sometimes we will have a private server and other times we will just join a public server together.

PRIVATE TRAINING
Private training is for education and practice, for anyone who wants to know more or learn more about the game such as hiding spots, mini tournaments, mini games and team vs team.

PUBLIC TRAINING
Public training is meant to be more fun this is where we all meet up on a specific server without a password, Sometimes with other people on someonetimes with noone else on so we can help populate the server. This is when we use a lot of teamwork and try a lot of things we have done in a private training, this is run by a designated organizer for that team.

Either of these training will happen at your teams designated training time, It is up to the teams Captain for what the team needs the most at that time. Remember DO NOT suggest training ideas during training but your welcome to before and afterwards.

1. TRAININGS
1. VCM members DO NOT have to come to trainings, It is not compulsory its just a time we can all get together and try some things like stunts, squad work, racing or anything else as a team.
2. DO NOT bark out orders in team trainings. You can suggest training methods but it needs to be done before or after a training, Every training is organized and planned before it starts.
3. If you do wish to join training, then please act appropriately, do as asked and play along as well as you can. If you do not enjoy the training or are unhappy, mid training suggest an improvement and whisper or send a private message or chat request to him/her during the training. The training organizer / captain will listen and honestly consider your requests.
